**NU Admission 2025-2026** is the main opportunity for HSC-passed students. It allows you to join 1st-year Honours courses in National University-affiliated colleges across Bangladesh. This year, the process is fully online through the official website, **NUadmission.ac.bd**. Many students have already applied. The window to download the admit card is open from April 11 to April 24, 2026. Candidates must visit the official National University admission website at www.nu.ac.bd/admissions.

To get the card, go to the Honours Tab and select the Applicant Login option. You will need to enter your Application ID and PIN to access your profile. Once logged in, you can download and print your admit card. A direct "Admit Card Download" link is also available on the website for quick access.

The admission test will take place on Saturday, April 25, 2026. The exam starts at 11:00 AM and ends at 12:00 PM. This massive event involves nearly 450,000 students testing at 138 centers across the country.

Candidates are required to reach their assigned college centers and take their seats by 10:15 AM. It is very important to check the seat plan at the college center or on their website at least three days before the exam.

To enter the exam hall, every student must carry two documents:

  • The printed Admit Card.
  • The original HSC Registration Card.

Please follow all instructions printed on the admit card to ensure a smooth testing experience. Candidates should double-check their center location early to avoid any last-minute delays.

FAQs

How can I apply if I missed the deadline?

The authority sometimes gives short extensions. However, it is always better and safer to apply within the given time.

Can I change my college choice after the application?

You can edit your choices only before the college confirmation. After that step, changes are not allowed.

Is a calculator allowed in the admission test?

No. Only a pen, pencil, and your admit card are permitted inside. Mobile phones and electronics are strictly banned.

What if I am already admitted to another course?

You must cancel your previous admission first. Otherwise, both of your admissions will be canceled.

When will the classes start?

After final admission and registration, classes usually begin within 1-2 months of the result publication.

How to download the admit card if I forget my PIN?

Use the "Forgot PIN" option with your registered mobile number to get an OTP and recover it.
